Roman also replaced a major deck support that had rotted underground and had cracked just above the ground. Pleasure to deal with them. Work was not inexpensive but worth the price."

Moving the new water heater into the garage where it really should have been in the first place (older home) & replacing the plumbing & electric running to it. Once demo started it was totally necessary to replace the flooring down to the joists & subfloor so that the new LVP could be put into place. New electrical outlets were ran to accommodate the new cabinets and dishwasher, along with new drywall that was painted & trimmed out. They're working on being 1 of the best remodeling companies in our area. Thank you "

In today's world of poor customer service, overpriced everything and shoddy products and workmanship Roman and his crew are a diamond in the rough and rise above the rest. We scheduled a appointment time of 11 am the next day but due to severe storms due the day of he came and repaired it at 7am in the rain instead. He did amazing work and even with 65 mile hour winds just a few hours later the repairs held firm. We liked his work so much we are going to hire him for other projects. I highly recommend that you hire him also."

A significant amount of the materials requested were not used and more of some had to be purchased. Quite a bit of material was wasted due to poor work organization and use of less than standard installation methods. While the work done looks generally OK now, only the long term will show true quality. Several day delays were blamed on the rain that never came and the contractor did not maintain communication to verify true weather conditions. Perhaps if the contractor and his crew would take time to study current online professional **How To** videos on modern installation techniques they would be better able to earn 5 stars. I have changed the rating and review on this contractor because now that the weather has warmed the job they did has proven they did it wrong. The J channel installed on the gable ends and along with other parts of the soffit, especially where it runs up the tops of the cedar lapboard siding, looks like a snake. The vinyl soffit attached to that J channel is wavy and shows they did not do the job correctly. Now that they have had a complaint filed, they refuse to fix it or to even participate in the binding arbitration provisions of their membership in Home Advisor. The next step will be court. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS - THEY WILL MAKE A MESS IF YOUR HOUSE."
